Iterasi, Inc. creates commercial web archiving technology applications specifically for regulatory compliance, litigation support, e-discovery, corporate brand heritage preservation, and online press tracking. Iterasi was founded by Pete Grillo in 2007. As the web was becoming increasingly central to our businesses and cultures, it became apparent to Mr. Grillo that web archival technology needed to be developed to preserve websites for commercial purposes. Thus Iterasi, Inc. was born and began developing industrial strength technologies to perform custom web archiving.

Mr. Grillo has been active in Portland-area high-technology firms for over 20 years. In that time Mr. Grillo was the founder and CEO of both ProTools, Inc. (acquired by Network General, which is now Network Associates, in 1994) and WeSync.com (acquired by Palm, Inc. in 2001). The current team at Iterasi includes past employees and investors from WeSync.com.

Mr. Grillo currently serves as an advisor to the board of directors of KryptIq Corporation, a provider of Business Process Management (BPM) software solutions to secure and automate the healthcare industry, UrbanAirship, a provider of push notifications and in-app purchase content for mobile developers, and Concero, a provider of web-based solutions for employee benefits brokers. Mr. Grillo is a frequent guest speaker in area high-tech conferences including the Judging Committee for the 2003 and 2005 OEF Oregon Entrepreneurship Awards.
